HughesNet Satellite Internet Launching In Brazil July 1st

HughesNet, America’s #1 choice for Satellite Internet has started pre-registration for its service that will be launching in Brazil on July 1st 2016.

HughesNet aims to deliver a high-speed broadband alternative to those living in rural locations not reached by cable, DSL, and fiber companies. By providing service via satellite, HughesNet does not have the barriers faced by fixed-wire providers, and will have the ability to reach nearly every Brazilian home.

With the launch in July, HughesNet expects to immediately offer service to 80% of Brazil. By 2018, the company expects to offer service to 90% of the country, and by 2020 the entire country.

HughesNet will be offering a variety of plans with download speeds of 10 to 25Mbps that start at BRL $200.00/month.
